Suddenly the wheels are in motion

My favorite commercial

(from snoop-dog.com and speedsportlife.com)

“If I be high…I mean if the ride be more fly….”

The new Chrysler commercial with Snoop Dogg just has me laughing for hours. Hopefully you had a chance to catch it, if not, the following link gives a brief synopsis of what happens:

Victoria Gotti, Not Growing Up

(yahoo news)
Victoria Gotti had cancer, then she didn’t. Now she claims it is hard to explain, you have to look it up to understand. I admit, Growing Up Gotti is a funny show. Where else can you get three Guidos that need subtitles to understand them and take 5 hours to get ready for an event that is almost over. The second season has just started, and this new story comes conviniently at a good time. She is like one of the characters on her show, Quack Quack.

Flickr Pervert

This guy was on the subway jerking off to the woman sitting in front of her. So she took a picture of him and put it on Flickr. But don’t worry guys, this won’t stop me from jerking off in public.

Peter Gammons on the Mets…

“I’ve had 3 different managers in the last week say to me that the Mets really scare me..for a couple of reasons. One is they got the verteran starting pitching. They got the 6 man rotation to get Pedro Martinez some rest. Tom Glavine is pitching the best since he’s been a Met, but the most important thing is the energy they get from their young players. Jose Reyes has got unbelievable energy. David Wright is simply beccoming a great player and Carlos Beltran is a great player. The energy that they have can carry them in a long ways in sept to get them to a good start on a road trip where they play so poorly on the road.” - Peter Gammons ESPN

We shall see… The Mets have a difficult schedule next month, but they are playing well.

Mike Jacobs???

Mike Jacobs (Catcher/First Base, New York Mets): We know this much: Mike Piazza isn’t going to be catching for the Mets forever. However, who will replace Tommy Lasorda’s last gift to baseball has yet to be determined. Which brings us to Mike Jacobs. The Mets’ Minor League Player of the Year in 2003 lost most of his developmental inertia to a season-ending injury in 2004. Eager to prove 2003 wasn’t a flue, Jacobs returned admirably in 2005, posting .323 AVG/.378 OBP/.590 SLG in Class AA, earning him a promotion during Piazza’s temporary trip to the DL. (from SI.com)

Dwight Gooden is hiding under my couch…

Pigeons and Dwight Gooden have something in common….they both like to get drunk. Former baseball star Dwight Gooden allegedly fled police after being stopped for drunken driving. Now he’s a fugitive! Dumbass!
