Ocean’s Thirteen

Hollywood is planning a new sequel to adventure flick “Ocean’s Eleven,” with star
George Clooney set to reprise his role as a charismatic thief in “Ocean’s Thirteen,” the entertainment press said.

Producer Jerry Weintraub is in the early stages of plotting the third film in the series following 2004’s “Ocean’s Twelve,” along with Clooney and his movie production partner
Steven Soderbergh, who directed the earlier films, Daily Variety said. - Yahoo News

Herm Edwards is KC Chiefs Bound

Sources have told Eyewitness News 5 Sports Director Mark Rodgers and New York sports radio station WFAN is reporting that current New York Jets coach Herm Edwards will become the next head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs.

This quashes speculation about University of Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops — at least in terms of the possibility that he would make a move to Kansas City. - Yahoo News

Zoom Kobe I

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant is finally getting his own Nike signature shoe, exactly halfway into a five-year, $45 million deal with the shoe and apparel giant.

A shoe called the Zoom Kobe I will appear in stores in mid-February

Nike will also launch Bryant’s signature apparel line, which features a Bryant-inspired logo, in February, around the NBA All-Star break. - ESPN

Sony PS3 will be released in May 2006

About two months ago, we at GameSHOUT fell into the same speculation that the Sony PlayStation 3 would not be released until 2007. A few days later, Sony contacted GameSHOUT and told us that they were still on track for a Spring 2006
launch date.

As of this morning, January 3rd, 2006, Sony again informed GameSHOUT that the Sony PS3 will be released in May 2006, and that the recent reports of a delay are pure “myths”. - Gameshout.com
