Ricky Williams Loves Ganja …A Lot!

Dolphins’ running back Ricky Williams has again tested positive for drug use, according to the Miami Herald, a violation that could result in a one-year suspension under the league’s substance abuse policy.

Marijuana use was a major contributor in Williams walking away from football in 2004, just days before the start of Dolphins’ training camp. - SI.com

Nate Robinson Wins Slam Dunk Contest

NBA basketball is a big man’s game.

Don’t tell that to 5-foot-9 Nate Robinson.

The New York Knicks’ rookie won the NBA All-Star slam dunk competition Saturday night, beating out 6-foot-6 Andre Iguodala of Philadelphia, 6-9 Hakim Warrick of Memphis and 6-9 defending champ Josh Smith of Atlanta.

“When people look at me, they really don’t understand where the hops are coming from,” said Robinson, who edged Iguodala in a dunk-off to earn a $35,000 first prize. - MSNBC

Something good and exciting came from the Knicks this year….other then that, the Knicks are horrible. The thing that really pisses me off, is that they will probably have the the #1 pick in the draft, but that was traded to Chicago! Isiah must go!

Bonds says the 2006 major league baseball season will be his last, according to a report in USA Today on Sunday. Bonds is within reach of Hank Aaron and Babe Ruth on the career home run list, but he told the newspaper in a wide-ranging interview that he would be retiring after this coming season even if he did not become baseball’s home run king. - Yahoo
