‘X-men 3′ - Clip
Here’s a sneak peak at X-men 3! You see a hint of a sentinel (famous X-men villain, the giant, mutant-hunting robot)…but hmm…not too impressive. The movie version of Juggernaut is not that great.
Super Mario Live
A yearly talent show held at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. This video is a “live” performance … all of the first level from Super Mario Brothers.
‘Iron Man’
Jon Favreau is set to direct Marvel Studios’ live-action movie Iron Man, which will now be distributed by Paramount, part of a slate of directing and writing deals Marvel announced, Variety reported. Marvel is developing the titles, which it will independently finance out of a $525 million fund from Merrill Lynch. - Scifi.com
Awesome! Fianlly! I was wondering when they were going to produce it. I wonder who will be Iron Man? Tom Cruise? Jon Favreau is relatively new in directing. He directed “Zathura”, which i heard was pretty good. He is best known for his role in “Rudy” and was also in the classic “Swingers”.
‘Captain America’ & ‘Thor’ movies
“Captain America” will be written by comic-expert David Self, who previously penned “The Haunting,” “Thirteen Days,” “Road to Perdition,” and the (eventually) upcoming “Sub-Mariner” and “Deathlok.”
“While the hiring of Jon Favreau as “Iron Man” director is pretty exciting movie-geek news, it seems that Marvel’s Avi Arad has a whole bunch of new projects just waiting to get underway. In addition to the Iron Guy’s first adventure, we can now report some progress on titles like “The Ant Man,” “Captain America,” “Hulk 2,” “Nick Fury,” and (yes!) “Thor.”
“Thor” will be written by Mark Protosevich, the scribe behind “The Cell” and “Poseidon.”- Rottentomatoes
I guess with the Batman, new Superman movie and the Wonder Woman movie that will come out, Marvel decided to up the ante! Cool!
