Heroes: Message From Hana
I got an email from Primatech Paper saying:
“I¹ve found a file of great importance. Gonna need your help soon. Kinda on
the run right now. I¹m connecting some major dots. Be ready next Monday
(4.09) for directions. ”
It’s actually from Hana. The “Wireless” Hero that can intercept digital info!
Starting April 9th, Hana, the former Mossad operative who can “hear” the Internet, will enlist fans to help with her plans to thwart Linderman’s plots. The top-secret online activity will actually interact with the on-air story and will pay off in the Monday, April 23rd episode, when “Heroes” returns to the NBC lineup. The all-inclusive experience is designed for both fans who have followed the digital storylines from the beginning and for users that are just now joining Hana’s cause.
In addition, fans of “Heroes” who are also submitting their own artwork inspired by the show can view their creations on display in a gallery on NBC.com.
As another new feature, viewers and users have been asked to submit their “theories” about what’s really going on in the enigmatic world of “Heroes.” Selected video theories are being used in on-air promos and will continue through the return of “Heroes” on April 23rd. - The Futon Critic
Knut And Leo
While the Bush administration hems and haws over adding polar bears to the endangered-species list, the world celebrates the birth of Knut, the darling cub born in captivity at the Berlin Zoo. Now three and a half months old, little Knut has become a powerful (if not controversial) symbol of what this planet has to lose to global warming. Such ecological concerns are familiar to actor and environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio, so it seemed natural to pair these two handsome boys on Annie Leibovitz’s cover for this year’s Green Issue. In these behind-the-scenes images, Leibovitz and V.F. senior photography producer Kathryn MacLeod capture Knut at home in Berlin, and DiCaprio at the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, in southeast Iceland. We brought them together the only way we could, in a photomontage. - Vanity Fair
