Melissa Anne Leoni Reyes, the first runner-up in the show, is of Filipino descent. She’s from Cyprus, California. Take it easy fellas, she’s 19. She didn’t win, but should have. Another flip (half) won it though. Asia Nitollano, daughter of R&B musician Joe Bataan (Nitollano), won the first “Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll.”

i think Melissa Reyes is lack of sexiness & doesnt have the presence that can grab a full attention from any guy who watches her perform on stage although she’s very talented. she can be a hot nurse someday if she studies medical or somethin’….

i do believe that the song that was assign to her wasn’t that lively enough compared to asia they both have the the ability to sing and dance like a the PDC so they should have the same kind of piece…probably , she did win that competition if she did get the song for asia…well anyways gurl, still did great job…your a blast!

gheez.. i can somehow relate to those people who have shared their thoughts here about the PCD contest. i also wanted Melissa R. to win. looks like most of us were thinking the same thing. i guess Melissa R. was too perfect to become the net PCD. i think she’d be better off as a solo artist. i just wish all the best for Melissa R. =) gdluck to her future career!
