I like the song “The Way I Are”, but when Timbaland says “Red American Express”. I wondered is there such a thing? What’s a Red American Express card?

There is a larger context to it all though. If you search the web, you will find discussion that giving vaccines to 3rd world people who are malnourished in some cases kills them. The question this suggests then becomes one of is medical aid to 3rd world countries intended really to control their population sizes by causing deaths due to vaccines and other medical aids? I have never found any discussion that tells the gross numbers of how many live that would have died from disease or how many die that would have lived if they never were helped. Obviously the aids epidemic there is a huge percent of the statistics, but again, I have found no conclusive study results of the net affects of all this aid. I am sure you would find instances of people’s lives turned around by this aid and also instances of people’s lives destroyed by this aid. The more I look into it from time to time, the less I understand any of it other than that there are huge cash flows involved and obviously, where there are huge cash flows, there will be all the accompanying human behaviors when there is big money on the table.
