Pedro Is Back!

Pedro Martinez looked GREAT today!!! He started off slow but had a good outing. Thew his fastball at around 88-91 mph, which is a key sign. His command looked excellent! His presence gives the Mets that extra energy in the clubhouse and it shows. Pedro also went into the record books, becoming the 15th pitcher to strike out 3,000 batters in his career!
Even with that horrible outing at Philly, the Mets are 5 games in front and the Mets have the easiest schedule out of all the teams in the National League moving forward!
