Stephon Marbury ‘Backseat of My Jeep, Let’s Swing an Episode’

Knicks star Stephon Marbury took the stand yesterday in the explosive $10 million sex harassment suit that’s rocking the Garden and admitted luring an intern into his car for an alleged sexual encounter.

Marbury did not explicitly say they had sex while parked outside a Manhattan strip joint, as fired Knicks exec Anucha Browne Sanders has claimed in her suit.

“We got together right across the street,” the fidgety point guard testified during his half-hour on the stand in Manhattan Federal Court.

For his own part, Marbury said, “I didn’t call her a black bitch. I called her a bitch.” - New York Daily News

T-Mobile Drops The Price of Plans

T-Mobile is set to completely revamp their data plan lineup with a new pricing scheme that is sure to make subscribers swoon.

Yesterday, the big Pink dropped updates to their BlackBerry and Total Internet plan offerings. The Total Internet add-on, which includes unlimited web browsing and data service for devices such Wing and Dash, will drop from $29.99 to $19.99.

For anyone simply looking for an email solution, however, things are about to get very interesting. T-Mobile is launching a new BlackBerry add-on plan that will give customers access to any BIS-accessible email accounts for $9.99 a month. All web browsing and secondary data access will be blocked, but for a 10-spot, it’s hard to argue with the lack of frills. Not bad at all.

Kanye West ‘The Good Life’

Early reports have Kanye West beating 50 in their much-hyped battle of album sales: West’s “Graduation” is on pace to sell about 575,000 to 700,000 its first week out, while 50 Cent’s “Curtis” is on track to do 550,000, according to Billboard magazine. As of day one, Kanye had sold 437,000 copies to 50’s 310,000, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

Both albums came out Tuesday, and a confident 50 Cent famously announced that he would retire if West outsold him in first-week sales. - Yahoo
