Judiaann Woo is a pastry chef, writer, and is executive director/editor-in-chief of PastryScoop.com.
She was recently featured in ‘Grill It! with Bobby Flay’ where she made Kalbi (Korean Barbequed Beef Short Ribs) and Blackberry Hand Pies.
This was a video of her idea of a new flavor of ice cream for Haagen-Dazs. She ended up being the 2006 Haagen-Dazs Flavor Search Winner:
